PUBLIC assisted EYRC and CONTINUUM with architectural visualization and event design strategies for their continued development in the Los Angeles arts district. The project sits adjacent to their Produce LA property and will provide a new mid ris office tower to the ever growing arts district.

A dining/garden corridor will act as a connector space between Produce LA and 655 Mesquit.

One parking deck level will serve as a multifunction space that can be adapted to be an event space for venues such as music performances, art shows, or small farmers markets. PUBLIC provided a design concept for a live art installation paired with a small music performance.
