As population increases, so does demand. Massive
single family houses are not a solution to the housing problem we face. FAX is a six unit housing project that assumes an innevitable upzoning of R1 city planning.
FAX attempts to exist somewhere in the middle and blur the line between multi and single family design. By creating a project that projects a singular quality rather than an an accumulation of multiple units. FAX exists as a transient typology that bridges past and future residential planning.
Double Height Spaces
FAX is linked together on the roof by a garden that climbs from the lower volume of the project to the highest point.
